Christmas Tags

People are starting to mention Christmas already - does that scare you? While blog surfing today I came across the awesome blog of Becky Roberts. She had a Halloween item on her blog that I thought sought be great for Christmas. with a colour change of course and different stamps I made three sets of these Christmas tags in no time at all. Becky provides all the measurement you need. Everything I have used is retired here but this project can be changed in so many ways to what you have.

Triple time Christmas

I love making these cards, I held out for so long. This is a Christmas version with Champagne Glimmer paper for the second layer to give some Christmas bling. Also the red bling that gives the card a lift is the new stampin'-up Dazzling details featured here in cherry cobbler.

Countdown Calendar

I know its not Christmas time anymore but next Xmas is just to far away to wait to post this(famous last words, lol). I found this idea on a few American blogs about 2 years ago and have been looking high and low for a 24 hole mini muffin tin at a reasonable price. Well finally I found some. This came out just fantastic, It took quite a few hours to create! I love it and even though the DSP has now retired I'm posting this anyway. I love this paper, I love spots and strips I gave this to my brother and because there are 4 people in his house I couldn't fit much in it so they just got M & M's, its the thought that counts rite. The squares of DSP are stuck onto magnet squares with a little touch of ribbon in between for handles.

Tag Gift box

I am back after such a long long time away, apart from being crazy busy now that December has hit but also for the last 6 weeks or so I have been with out a camera due to a burglary to photograph my work anyway, back now and lots to share.
Firstly isn't this great. I found this design on Valitas freshfolds blog, it is so easy to make. I made this for my mum and filled it with lots of Christmastags to get her started on Christmas. The tags to the side of the box were just some of the designs but I made lots of different ones because they are great for using up scraps. Dasher has been done with dazzling diamonds as well but it does not show up to well.
