Stop, wait, cross now please. I hear these words on a daily basis when I walk my kids to school. My middle child takes this responsibility very seriously so I thought I had better scrap this major in his life at this time. I had the page planned in my head for quite some time and I think it feel together well. There are a few items from 'other' places but never mind...

Back in February my younger brother tied the knot, finally! It was a beautiful summers day. Here is the double page of that awesome day. As soon as I bought this set I new I was going to be using it for this wedding layout. I also made the invitations, so I already new one color on the page was going to be Tempting Turquoise.

Summer memories
This was a page I did back when it still felt like summer! Using sale-a-ration free papers, the colors in the papers made it even feel warmer, This picture was taken of my kids on Christmas Day, what a great place to spend the day.

The 'Duck Boat' scrap page
Another LO from when Zoe was at Kindy, I Struggle a lot with trying to put journalling on my pages, but with this one it just worked. I have seen lots of pages with the words cut in strips like this and have always admired them. This time I hand wrote the words partly because I don't have a printer at present lol. I like the end result of this page. This is a boat the drives on land then into the water hence the blue 'ripples' done with the Tasteful trims die. I seam to use this on almost all my pages.

Side Step Album
This is a fabulous new mini album that I have made from Stampin' - ups Simply scrapin kits. This kit is called Tickets and tags. I have started to look at them in a different light since I started scrap booking. I love all the co-ordinating stickers and strips that come in the kit.
Because there are two of everything you back to back the stickers for the tags. I didn't have any matching ribbon to tie it all together, so I dyed my own using a teaspoon and an ink pad. It turns white ribbon into any colour you want, love this trick. This was one of the easiest mini scrapbooks I have ever put together. The instructions for this free tutorial have been fantastically put together by Flowerbugs Inkspot, Go check out her blog, its awesome!

BFF scrapbooking
This was one of those pages that just fell into place, and that was exciting when I am just so new to this scrapping thing. The silver BFF and the star are from this silver roll of 'stuff' that came from Bunnings. I'm not really into hardware stuff, just go there to visit my friend, Hi Coral, lol. Anyways it's this real cool stuff that goes thru the big shot really easy and is adhesive, so ya just cut, peel and stick.

Sand Angels
Another of my scrapbook pages. This time this was my daughter last summer - remember the one where we had lots and lots of sun, 2011, she was making sand angels, just like the ones you make in the snow.!! This page I kept very simple. I had a big open space in the top left corner until I first got my Big shot die with all the trims on it, I was putting those squiggly little lines on everything, but it did need something up there I just didn't no what at the time. The shell stamps across the bottom come from "the other" stamp place.

Punchart Trucks
Isn't this the coolest punch art. This page has been completely CASE ed from Here . I loved everything about it and as soon as a saw it, I just new exactly which photos I would use. I don't have the stamp set Erica used for the cute trucks so I went hunting for some punch art. I had these saved on my computer for a long time but I had no names or anything with it so don't no who to give credit to for these great designs. I also had just the completed pictures so had to make them up as I went along.

Cricket punchart scrapbooking
This is more of my scrapbooking pages, my oldest son played cricket at school. I don't own any sport stamps so made some cricket wickets with punchart on my page. I love how it turned out. So far the cricket ball is just plain and still not stuck down, I need a white gel pen to draw on the stitching.

I have finally taken the plunge!!
This is my very 1st ever scrapbook page. After surfing the web for a very very long time checking out other peoples pages I finally got up the courage lol and now I cant stop. I now have many pages which I will slowly post on here over time. I mostly start with a sketch then go from there. Next step is to enter some of the challenges around.
